"You get what you pay for . No daily cleaning room service . Not even taking the trash out ( we had to do it ourselves for several days )! Broken shower head ! They had to replace the mini fridge since it was broken . And they charged my card 1 extra time for deposit ( they said it didn’t go through ) and I have made 100 calls so far for return . Will never stay here again"

"I’ve stayed in better for way cheaper. I was given a room with stained sheets, handprints on the wall, ice cream smeared on the walls, a missing smoke detector, and a dirty bathroom. Upon telling the front desk, they moved me to a new room which was slightly less gross, but not by much. For a nonsmoking property, it sure stunk like weed and cigarettes. The front desk personnel were super helpful with my concerns!"

"Are you a fan of exploring abandoned buildings? Then this is the place for you! You won’t have to worry about locks on the building as there are none! Anyone can come join you while you walk down the creepy halls that have pulled-up carpet (don’t worry- they left the carpet padding to cushion your trek) . Overhead lights in common spaces? -Ha! You don’t need no stinkn’ lights! That’s for wimpy people who hate navigating left over construction materials. The room we crashed in looked normal at...

"Always a great place to stay- had a little trouble trying to get our door to lock, but the staff was very helpful. We will be back next year if the price remains about the same! It’s a convenient place to stay when visiting the Dunes."

"Overall pretty great place to stay. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast I’ve had. They also have a decent fitness area which I appreciated and used. The room was clean and perfect temp when we walked in. Big tv and easy to use. The only issue we seemed to notice was the tub. We only showered but the center of our tub was so concaved it was very difficult to shower. Also like no water pressure. Idk if it was just our specific room or what. Besides that great place to stay."

"Stayed one night of our road trip. Had a balcony room. The balcony was full of spiderwebs and not well maintained. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Gave four stars because of the balcony."
