"Was disappointed in my stay. The hot water went cold within a few minutes every night for a shower and the aircon was absolutely filthy inside. I can only imagine what it was blowing out into the room."

I needed to clean the sink due to some black stuffs on it even on the floor looks like dried vomit/blood. Wiped the toilet seat, look like someone stepped on it. They only replaced the towels.
