The property itself is wonderful and modern, a very short walk from the acropolis of Athens. It was extremely clean, with a wonderful balcony and very comfortable beds. The hosts, "Bill and John" went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and representatives from bill and john were constantly giving us advice and help regarding our trip on whatsapp. This made our trip far more relaxing than it otherwise could have been! Highly, highly recommended.-

This apartment was arranged by Expedia on my departure day. No breakfast and don’t change towels and bedsheets daily. No security. Bathroom handle broken, shower automatically starts at 2AM and scares. Expedia made me a mess on day of departure traveling through airport.. this apartment was arranged after I called on day of departure while traveling to destination. They (Expedia) made a mess of my weeks stay at Athens. I like apartments staff who fixed the flush issue and gave me iPhone adopters, they are friendly and has good communication

Easy communication, great internet, great location, around the corner of Acropolis, espresso machine, dishwasher, balcony,washingmachine, iron, close to the metro stop (2 min walk), bars and restaurants all over the place, easy to get taxi. Only thing…. I wish the balcony had comfortable chairs, I love sitting on the balcony listening to the life go by in a new city while II enjoy my coffee or a glass of wine.

Why stay at a hotel when you can stay at this beautiful apartment! Nik met us upon arrival, there was no street parking available so we used nearby parking garage. Absolutely sparkling clean apartment, with everything we needed to call Athens home for 4 days. Walking distance to absolutely everything, 5 mins to the acropolis museum, west entrance for the acropolis, Plaka and no more than 10-25 minutes walk to everything else in central Athens. Comfortable bed. HUGE shower and bathroom. The washer was such a plus, no dryer but there's a drying rack we used on the balcony. It's up two flights of stairs, but noticed an elevator - not sure if it works. Must stay! Cannot wait to come back.

CONS: Property management was not there when we arrived, so we had to wait on their arrival. They could have just used the lock box on the building, but they didn’t. We were tired after our 14hr flight. Prop. management tried to get us to pay extra after we had already paid in full through Expedia, and then they sent us a nasty email. Toilet leaked on the floor the entire week we were there, and management made no effort to fix it. Sewage smell was not pleasant. There were not enough towels. Management said they would bring towels, but they never brought towels. We ran out of their cheap toilet paper and had to buy more from the convenience store. There's a washer but no dryer The balcony only had 1 chair, so 2 people could not sit outside. Balcony was extrenely dated and needs updating and decorating. Apartment is on the 3rd floor and not on the 2nd floor as indicated by the elevator. I walked the 3 flights of stairs everyday. Elevator is super, super tiny. I did not feel confortable, so I didn’t use the elevator. PROS: Very comfortable bed. Nice kitchen, but we didn’t use the kitchen Clean with the exception of the toilet Close to restaurants. We walked everyday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Athens and I would recommend this place. When we arrived, the owner greeted us right on the spot and showed us the hotel; he even helped us to take the luggages to the room since the elevator is kind of small. The room is nicely decorated and has a decent kitchen. The location is very convenient to major attractions. The only concern we had is the noise coming from the neighbor and from the street.

Gem in the city

Amazing apartment in a great location near the Acropolis! Near the subway to get to the airport! Walking distance to all the sites! Check in was smooth and George who helped us check in gave great recommendations. The apartment itself was fully equipped and the wifi was fast! The bed was comfortable and the apartment was exactly like the photos posted! Bill & John were super attentive and were extremely helpful. 10/10 and would stay here again

Amazing Modern Apt in the Acropolis

My family and I stayed for 6 nights in this 1 bedroom apartment. The unit was newly renovated with a modern decor, clean and well furnished. The bed and sofa beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to the Acropolis Museum and access to a number of very good restaurants. Service was also impeccable. We made arrangements for them to pick us up at the airport as we had a number of bags that wouldn't fit in a regular car. They also helped us store out luggage while we traveled though the rest of Greece. I highly recommend them to other guests. You will not be disappointed.

The best apartment stay Ever!

The apartment, the service, the location, are all perfect! I would stay here again! First of all I would like to thank the owners and Alex for their wonderful service. We arrived at 9.30am and they allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel they own across the street and have breakfast ! We checked in at 1pm with our luggage delivered to our apartment. The building has a lift but one flight of stairs before that so we really appreciated the effort. In addition when we left for our next apartment as we were joining a bigger group of friends, our luggage was delivered there for us, albeit it was just a block away. The apartment is beautiful, beds were the most comfortable we have had. The bathroom was amazing. The apartment had coffee, both capsules and for brewing, and tea. Washing machine, iron, vacuum. You will not regret booking this place. There were 3 of us and we stayed one night here.

Great for our family of 4

Excellent! The apartment as described, elegant and very clean, with everything we needed: comfy beds, great coffee and washing machine (traveled with our 4 and 10 year old sons, for a 2 week trip so doing some laundry helped getting fewer bags to travel with). The location is excellent, 10 min walk to Acropolis and the restaurants. We really enjoyed staying there.
