Property is currently very clean, but you can see on going maintenance may be lacking: weeds in rock beds, thresh hold to our room loose and trip hazard, walkway light at back entrance appears to have been run into and was not standing straight, lower entrance on northend of building does not close securely by itself, which is a safety hazard."

We were told that they had no maintenance available until Monday, and that they were fully booked. Told her we would have to cancel our reservations and find another hotel. She said that because we booked through Expedia, we would have to go back through them for a refund. Asked her to contact them, to make sure that I would get a full refund,...

"Parking now costs 10 Dollars but since we booked this accommodation already in January they didn't charge us for parking. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."
