The cocktail bar with delicious drinks and the cigar lounge attached to it are great! A perfect 5 star place. There is also a Casino next door which you can walk straight through the hotel. The electronic access system for both the building and room was incredibly efficient and surprisingly easy to use, we were initially skeptical, but it worked flawlessly throughout our stay. "Most of the rooms are studio flats, but the kitchen isn’t right next to the bed so that makes cooking easier. A bit cramped, but alright for 2 ppl. Flat very clean, everything worked as it should, all equipment you need for basic cooking. Bed comfortable. Cafe in 5 minutes walk, supermarket and restaurants in 10min, train station with fresh produce market in 15min, Old Town in 20min. Public transport 15min walk. Building secure with codes for building, floor and room. Some rooms have balconies....

"This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly."

"It is a great apartment in a great location. It is spacious and clean. Only that we could not find chopping board to cut our fruits on a pretty well equip kitchen. and, One access card is not sufficient for an apartment that could accommodate 5 adults. Should provide 2 to 3 access cards. Highly recommended."
