It was convenient to access to shopping mall. I slept comfortable in most of week but weekend pool party on roof-top made little noisy. Additionally, I wish there were vegetables and warm soup on the breakfast menu. Thank you~

The hotel is great. Rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need. Rooftop pool is nice day and night, and the restaurant on the the top floor serves decent sushi (though you are unable to charge payment to your room). My only complaint comes from my check-out experience. First, the girl checking me out gave me the bill for the wrong room and asked for my payment before reviewing the invoice; thankfully after I asked to see the invoice we realized it wasn’t my room at all and she then gave me the correct invoice.. however she added an extra airport transfer to my bill after we had just discussed I only used their transfer services once. Didn’t realize until I returned home (I’m not used to dealing in Paraguayan currency), had to contact the hotel for a refund, which I believe they are now processing. Bit of a headache but outside of this one incidence, I loved my stay.
