"we where not able tk stay/ use our reservation because the room that we booked is not available when we got there. we where not refunded and we did not have a room. worst experience from expedia."
"The security guard did not allow us to go inside because there is no unit number in our booking. We called the number in the booking receipt at least 10x but no answer. We sent a message but no reply as of now.
