"The pool and sauna are excellent. The breakfast had a large choice of tasty food, armerican, continental and local food. Excellent service, polite and helpful. Bed was extra comfortable. Also has a money exchanger and gym. Good location walk to museums and park and 2 min walk to cafe strip with variety of restauraunts across road using underpass walkway."

"An amazing hotel, as befits a UNESCO heritage site. The bedroom was the largest single bedroom I’ve ever had in a hotel, I almost had to ask directions to the en-suite bathroom. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a few hundred metres from some of the main attractions in Bukhara."

"立地が非常にいいホテル。イチャンカラ内にあり、主要な観光地までは徒歩で行くことができる。未完成の塔までは徒歩3分だった。ホテルの3階の屋上からの景色が素晴らしい！朝夕は屋上の椅子に座りながら、太陽に染まる街並みを見ることができる。部屋は清掃が行き届いており、私の泊まった部屋ではバスタブはないがシャワーも問題なく使えて快適に過ごすことができた。シャワーの横にガラスの仕切りがあり、トイレ側まで濡れないような造りになっている。隣の部屋の物音も聞こえず、エアコンも快適だった。エレベーターがないことだけがマイナスポイント。朝食はウズベキスタン料理をはじめ、いろいろな料理が並ぶビュッフェ形式。全体的に味は美味しい。特に目玉焼きとメロンが美味しかった。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。事前の空港送迎の車手配のメールのやりとりもすぐに返事が来た。また、宿泊時も観光に関するアドバイスをくれたり、送迎車のトラブル発生時も真摯になって対応をしてくれて問題が解決した。ヒヴァに来たら、また泊まりたいと思えるアットホームなホテル。"
