"The room was clean and a nice size. The hotel was really nice and in a great location. Only issue we had was there was no food for breakfast. All the hot food was gone. We were down there for 40 mins and nothing was ever restocked. We had to ask for milk for the cereal which was all we really were able to get that morning. It was rather disappointing. Overall we were happy with our stay. "

"There was garbage next to the bed that was never cleaned up when I first went into the room. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t hear they. I asked them to fix it but they never did. The staff was very friendly. I would not stay here again, for the cost it wasn’t worth it."

"The pace is dirty! Dirt and stains on the walls and doors. Pool area was nice and large but noisy, open late but no adult only hours. On the night we stayed there was between 35-50 kids completely over running the place at any given time. "

I get back at check in time and now there’s another desk person who tells me my reservation was cancelled (it was nonrefundable). The first desk person cancelled my entire nonrefundable reservation without my permission or me asking him to do so whatsoever! "Temperature in the lobby and 1st floor restaurant was very cold in my opinion. For the cost I felt like you could make it more comfortable. "

"I was there for two overnights… they did not clean my room or bring clean towels. I didn’t return to my room until late the second night. And did not have clean towels, no coffee, and the trash was not emptied. The hot tub was out of commission ~ and I asked about that when booking. "
