"Check in process was seamless and instructions were very clear for a virtual check in/out. Amenities were 10/10. We got lots of space for the amount we paid for it. Same price as a hotel room, but we got a whole 1 bedroom apartment fully equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer, pots and pans and a full kitchen. It was 95 degrees outside during our stay and the AC definitely gave the heat a run for its money. The location was super close to downtown/everywhere we traveled (within 5-10 minutes)...

"We booked this hotel not 24 hours before we attempted to cancel. I do realize, the hotel was nonrefundable, but typically under circumstances involving airports and such, a refund is given. This hotel refused our refund Expedia requested, even though they had advance notice & it was literally just booked hours prior. I would think an airport hotel would be a little more accommodating to returning guest, but I guess they needed that money for a vacant room more than our future business....

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. A special thank you to Ganga at the reception desk, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.
I’d also like to recognize Shannon at the front desk for her helpfulness, especially during breakfast in the morning. Both Ganga and Shannon provided excellent customer service and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here...

"This hotel wasn't quite what the reviews led us to expect.
After driving over 10 hours from South Florida with our family of five, we were looking forward to a smooth overnight stay. Based on the Expedia reviews and affordable rate, this seemed like a good halfway stop to our destination.
We arrived around 11:30 PM and stood in the lobby for about five minutes without seeing anyone at the front desk. I ended up calling the hotel from my cell phone, and someone immediately answered and came out...
