As we arrived at 10:00 am, the luggage storage gave us a chance to explore Melbourne.
The staff were extremely helpful and the room was clean. The hosted hour for drinks was a nice touch.
We had everything we needed included.
What made our stay here exceptional was the luggage storage on check out. We were out and about in Melbourne when we received an email from the lancemore to advise that our passports had been found in the safe.
