While the New Prince Hotel will provide you with quicker access to the best lifts at the resort, Naturwald is smaller, cozy, and has the absolute best dinner buffet. I really like the newer working and library spaces at the hotel, and it's convenient to have Rhythm and Lawsons so close.

床單不是完整覆蓋床褥，只是把床單放在床褥上，床褥的外圍完全暴露，感覺不太衛生。 房間裏或大堂並沒有提供樽裝水，房間內廁所水龍頭標示着可飲用水（？！）。 另外窗簾雖然有兩層，但不是全遮光，導致我們早上四點幾被太陽曬醒，睡眠質素不好。 希望衛生情況及窗簾有改善。

お風呂が少し残念。41度の表示のお風呂がぬるく37度ていどしかなく、全体的にぬるめのお湯で、温まれなかった。また、女性風呂は、大変混雑していて、洗い場の順番待ちで20分以上かかって大変だったと妻が。朝食も順番待ちで30分以上待たされた。おいしかったですけど、せわしなかった印象です。

Great choice for skiing

Great hotel for skiing. It's located right next to the ski slopes and lifts. Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet with wide selection and little onsen for a relaxing bath after skiing.

스키장 접근성 최고 호텔

호텔이 후라노 스키장 바로 앞에 위치해서 스키타러 가기 매우 편리합니다. 호텔 내부에 장비를 대여해주는 곳도 있습니다. 다른 스포츠 샵에 비해 가격이 조금 저렴하고 숙박객에게 할인을 해줍니다. 숙소가 조금 오래 된것 같기는 하지만 스키를 타기에는 아주 좋은 숙소입니다.

中港台住客為主 太嘈雜

住了八天七夜，富良野雪質，酒店員工服務及設施都是一流 好︰ -多名台灣員工，照顧中港台旅客需要，溝通基本上沒問題。 -自助早餐的魚生丼、北海道鮮奶美味 -大堂有個公共休息空間，有免費啤酒、咖啡、小食等，供住客有個聚腳機會 -亦有些免費面膜等供住客免費取用 差︰ 太嘈雜，有批住客在外買了大批食物飲品回來，霸佔公共休息空間，開私人聚會，把酒言歡，高談闊論。 浸溫泉時亦不守規矩，沒有沖身就浸澡，亦有人將毛巾放入溫泉浸泡。 簡單點來說，要有心理準備就是嘈，由於客源主力是中港台，所以相信酒店方面亦沒法控制這方面的地方文化。 周遭難免充斥廣東話、國語、台語的大呼小叫，如果追求寧靜或日本感覺的話，這裡就不適合了，但就適合一些愛熱鬧，出國也當作自己家中開派對，不用理會他人感受的旅客。
