"Room was quite spacious, parking outside the door. Reception and cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Location was away from traffic and quiet, and only a few minutes drive into centre of town. Bistro food was good but menu was quite limited. In the room, the fridge was quite noisy, as was the air con and bathroom fan, but shower nice and hot."

My family finally entered our room, and the shower alcove was mouldy and there were spider webs in the window.
