When we arrived at Blue Lake Lodge no one was there and the place was all locked up. Tried to phone the lodge but rang out to a full answering machine. So clearly something wrong with their booking system.

They cancelled my booking but did not let me know Put us in a single room without my consent They overcharged me and did not meet with me to settle my account And so now I will have the American Express team investigate them and get my money back Disgusting group Never stay there !!!

一住難忘！物超所值！ 酒店環境清幽，房間寬敞，潔淨。我住在二樓，環境更覺寧靜。雖然離市區有一點距離，但有巴士可以直達公寓附近。亦可選擇散步，也只是20分鐘內。附近有兩間大型超市，可以直接買食材回公寓煮食。公寓設備齊全，提供簡單的調味料，可以吃到當地新鮮的食材，感到非常幸福。其他用品亦補給充足。工作人員也十分友善，樂意協助住客解決問題。一住難忘！值得推介。
