Hotel Dekat Arthur and Dorothy Kinne Preserve

"The staff was very curtious and the breakfast was even better than expected. It was well stocked and had lots of options. The pool and hot tub were great!! My one complaint is that the entire place could use a very good vacuuming. Most floors and all stairs were very dirty. Our room was also not as clean as I would prefer, but everything worked well and we very much enjoyed our stay."

"The entire lobby smelled like wèed the minute you walked into the building. Not a great first showing when i have 2 kids with me. The rooms were dirty, stuff left behind by other guests, hairballs on the floor, paint was peeling and chipping off the walls. The pool was ok but the hot tub had large boxes piled high on it as they were usijg it as a storage area instead. The 2 queen beds were clearly full sized not even close to a queen bed. In the middle of nowhere despite advertised as close...

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed at all—like the bed had just been made without actually changing them. There was hair and visible stains on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom door was broken, and overall cleanliness was just terrible. It got to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable...

"My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. "
