Nice castle, romantic experience. Average room, nothing special. In fact, a bit clumsy decorated (eg. tv in front of mirror) and not very luxurious. Great diner experience, good food, good service.

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble cependant quelques remarques sont à signaler : -climatisation poussive -eau chaude livrée froide -chambre double supérieure accÚs trop haut 2 étages compliqués à gravir avec les bagages. Réservation emplacement de la chambre non respecté par l établissement. Des travaux de rénovation seraient à prévoir. Personnel à l'écoute mais limité dans ses actions

Sehr netter Empfang des Personals. Super FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet. Mobiliar des Hotels ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Reparaturen wĂ€ren notwendig.

La chambre ne correspond a la rĂ©servation effectuĂ©e : - Pas de clim : on nous dit normal A la rĂ©ception, c’est un petit ventilateur portable pour cette chambre. Je confirme par contre bien profiter du bruit des groupes clim des Ă©tages supĂ©rieurs - propretĂ© Ă  revoir dans la salle de bain : moisissure est mon ami - Gel douche et shampooing : retour vers le passĂ© : du shampoing en dose type lingette pour les mains et inutile de chercher le savon le premier jour C’est dĂ©cevant et l’accueil est trĂšs limite. Dommage car le cadre est merveilleux

Superbe cadre et hĂŽtel authentique et chaleureux TrĂšs bon accueil, malgrĂ© une attente Ă  la rĂ©ception pendant plus de 10 minutes, le rĂ©ceptionniste Ă©tant dans les bureaux arriĂšre. Par contre la restauration n’est absolument pas Ă  la hauteur attendu Table rĂ©servĂ© avec prĂ©cision particuliĂšre, non rĂ©servĂ©e. Homard hyper cuit tout sec, servi avec des frites qui n’en avaient que le noms. DessĂ©chĂ©es, dures, gorgĂ©es d’huile, elles devaient en ĂȘtre Ă  leur 5 eme cuissons depuis le midi Commande d’une bouteille de Badois jamais apportĂ©. Pas de responsable le personnel courrait de partout, des clients montraient aux serveuses comment ouvrir une bouteille de vin. Tout Ă  revoir sur ce point afin de ĂȘtre Ă  la hauteur du Reseau auquel cet Ă©tablissement appartient

Séjour trÚs agréable ; chambre confortable . Petit déjeuner buffet trÚs trÚs copieux, toutefois un peu cher (17 euros) à moins que vous n'ayez un appétit d'ogre. Belle piscine appréciable aprÚs une balade en ville. A 10 mns d'UzÚs mais au calme, à recommander.
