"Accommodation was clean and in central location. Communication from Spot apartments was excellent from booking to end of stay. They also offered free luggage storage a short walk away at one of their other apartment blocks on last day of stay which was great if you have a flight after lunch. "Nicely located. Metro close by but central enough to walk to pretty much anywhere. The room was very nice though I felt the a/c could have been better. It was an unusually hot few days and it's just a preference to have a chilly room. There is no 24 hours person at the desk so you pin code into the building."

"Very friendly desk staff and our apartment was beautiful with the view of the river. Close to all the restaurants and Port Houses and the bridge to walk over to Porto. My only complaint was we thought we had a room with breakfast included. It was sent to our room on the first morning, but way too much food for two people - and when we checked out, found out it was 20 Euros each! Thankfully we had said to not give it for the remaining days or we really would have been upset."
