Voor wie houd van een gemoedelijke en ongedwongen sfeer is dit zeer goed, de mankementen aan het huis neem je er bij. De accommodatie heeft renovatie nodig maar dit zal de prijs opdrijven. De eigenaar heeft steeds een vriendelijke babbel en heeft interesse. Om te parkeren op de straat heb je een parkeerbewijs nodig , dit krijg je gratis van de eigenaar. Heel mooi stadje met kasteelruïne. We vonden het heel aangenaam, het is wel compleet iets buitengewoon!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und hat eine zentrale Lage in der Altstadt von Arnsberg. Wohnung und Bad waren sauber und machten einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Räume haben einen sehr eigenen Charme. Die Möbel sind allerdings recht alt und haben zum Teil Gebrauchsspuren. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hatte Willkommensgetränke im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. Die Fahrräder konnten in einem Schuppen abgestellt und eingeschlossen werden.

Vaske ægte gyserstemning for 300 kr.

Vi bookede dette sted ud fra den fine rating på 8,6. Billederne så fine ud og lovede autentiske oplevelser. Og vi skal lige love for, at det var autentisk. Vi ankom til en mørk baggård og en vært, der var syg. Nøglen lå en en kuvert i vindueskarmen. På dørtrinnet til huset, hvor lejligheden vi skulle bo i lå blev vi budt velkommen af en sort kat med tre ben. Måske et varsel om, hvad der ventede os, når vi åbnede hoveddøren. Vi trådte ind i noget, der mest af alt kunne minde om kulissen til en gyserfilm. Da det lykkedes os at få låst op til lejligheden kom vi ind til det helt store gør-det-selv projekt med løse stikdåser, spindelvæv, et nedslidt køkken og et badeværelse med hul i gulvet, en vandhane der sad løs. Men vi fandt gyser stemningen frem og tog det som en sjov og kæmpe oplevelse vi kunne grine af, da vi vågnede dagen efter.

Ruim appartement voor een goede prijs

Goede deal voor het geld. Ruim apartement met alles wat je nodig hebt (ook om te koken). Verwacht gewoon geen 5 sterren appartement. De meneer die de apartementen beheert woont tegenover de apartementen. Er stonden wat mensen te wachten toen ik daar aankwam en voor mij was het ook onduidelijk hoe we nou de sleutels zouden krijgen. Ik heb toen gebeld en bleek dat hij dus precies daar woonde. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Leuk detail: de beheerder spreekt een mondje nederlands, hij heeft een tijd in Breda gewoond.

Stayed for 3 nights and loved the area and the history of the house, the town is full of old charm and the accommodation reflects this well. Ideal for a family of 4 and very peaceful.

Tolles Ferienhaus inmitten der Stadt Arnsberg

Herr Wulf ist ein freundlicher und angenehmer Mann und die Wohnung war großzügig und gemütlich, sogar mit einem schönen Kamin. Leider waren manche Röhre im Badezimmer undicht und hat Wifi nicht funktioniert aber es wäre in Zukunft nicht der Fall. Es dauert eine Stunde nach Winerberg zum Skifahren und alles hat uns gut gefallen.

Mooi oud huis in de binnenstad van Arnsberg

Het is een oud huis, met hele mooie accenten uit de afgelopen eeuwen op de muur, het plafond, kozijnen etc.. Dit wordt echter afgewisseld met een inrichting die meer van deze tijd is, maar wat niet goed onderhouden is. Daardoor hangen bijvoorbeeld keukenkastjes scheef, liggen plinten los, andere kasten staan uit het lood, de badkamer valt deels uit elkaar (douche/wastafel) en is het niet al te schoon. We hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers geboekt, maar die was aan andere gasten vergeven, waardoor wij 1 slaapkamer hadden met 3 bedden en eentje in de woonkamer op een slaapbank moest. Daar stond geen compensatie tegenover. Voor een nachtje is deze accommodatie prima, maar voor ons geen volgend verblijf hier.

Ferienhaus um 1780

Direkt in der Altstadt gelegen. Günstig für eine Suite mit Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer für 3 und restauriertem Wohnzimmer mit interessantem Stuck. Gewöhnungsbedürftiger Geruch nach Altem und zusammengewürfeltes Mobiliar. Für eine Nacht okay. Doch nicht die Suite, die ich gebucht hatte. Kein Frühstück.

Uriges, sauberes und geräumiges Fachwerkhäusern

Top Ferienwohnung. Urig, gemütlich, ein Kamin, der zum Verweilen und Träumen einlädt. Service war wirklich top und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Arnsbergs Geheimtipp!
