Both Stelios' and Nickos were always available and helpful for everything. Do note that there is no elevator as the hotel is in Old Town and they preserve the structures. "This property is new and quite lovely. It was truly one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Our plunge pool suite was top notch. The beach facilities are private and excellent. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. My only complaint is the exclusion of kids from the adults-only pool, which is the only place you can order fries/burgers. Would be better if they made it a "quiet" pool instead of being age restricted?"

"The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens.
