"Staff was nice n tried but it took forever for a late check in and one key didn’t work, we were asked if we wanted to see the room first….which shoudlve been our warning we refused just wanting to get sum sleep as it was 1 am and walked in to roaches everywhere dead n others crawling here n there and the smell on our floor was horrible definitely wasn’t the nicest place but had a stove n fridge n microwave which is a plus but for the same price definitely could’ve found sum better"

"Totally recommend. The front desk staff is very kind and friendly. The room was super clean, easily one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at and it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable as well, we had a good rest. Area was quiet and had plenty of food options around. Totally recommend and will be back! "

"Room was really clean, and spacious. Breakfast had a good selection, new choices every day, and was good quality. Pool was a decent size but was clean and nice to cool off in. Area is not the best, a little dangerous compared to other parts of phoenix, but was ok in the day light. Staff was wonderful and super nice. Had a water fountain with clean cold water, and vending machines with a bunch of snacks for good prices!"

"I was transferred to an earlier flight and arrived earlier than I had planned. I called to explain and they said the earliest I could check in was 3pm. We arrived at 3pm amd were told tooms were still not ready. The next moring house keeping let themselves in the room at 10am when checkout was at 11am. My daughter and I felt rushed so we left as quickly as possible. The check in and out was frustrating"

"Mattresses were awful. Sink faucet was loose where it completely moved when touched. One towel for two people. Towels way too small. After showering, faucet would not turn off. Have stayed at other motel 6. This will be my last"

"The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway. The walls are paper thin and...

"This place some how goes by three different names! The check in was extremely difficult! The parking only accommodates 1 vehicle. The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. I couldn’t figure out how to close the window blinds in the living area, they actually looked broken. This place looks like you’ve entered a jail or prison facility, if I had to describe one. The entire suite couldn’t cool down even after...

"I liked that McDonald’s was right next-door and other places of convenience. I didn’t like the overall condition of the hotel. I would have checked out minutes after I checked them, but I was too exhausted after driving 700+ miles for my company."

"I have been staying here temp no problems nothing and they DNR me for no reason the white security guard with glasses told me he doesn’t have to explain to me why but he doesn’t want someone like me on his property. I have been very respectful never gave issues here an I feel he had no reason at all. They're rooms are never cleaned had to clean my own room everyday and they never had towels, air conditioning doesn’t work in a lot of rooms. They are infested with roaches "
