"The rooms were clean and lovely to stay in. I found the property to be safe and conveniently located by shops and restaurants. Only a 10 minute walk to the Command Fleet Activities Sasebo Naval Base and a 10 minute walk to the Sasebo Maritime Museum! Wonderful guest accommodations and great customer service. I would stay here again if I find myself in Sasebo!"

"The breakfast is a good deal and delicious. Although the room size is typical for business hotel, my 5-day stay only had (1) housekeeping day, which seemed stingy. If I wanted more, I needed to pay extra. I would expect housekeeping every other day. Location very convenient. Staff are helpful."

"Clean and spacious room. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Parking was free and good enough. Need to contact staff when the main parking lot was full though. Buffer dinner and breakfast were excellent. But during golden week, there were a lot of guests and a bit crowded. The attractions were excellent but sparse and so the area was better to visit with your own car. During golden week, dinner and breakfast were not optional and that costed more than other period."
