"We had a great one-night staycation at the Hard Rock Hotel in London, Ontario. With easy access to the London Children’s Museum and The Factory, it’s the perfect family-friendly getaway. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are rockin’ and the pool feels like a little oasis. It was a stay that hit all the right notes and left us wanting an encore. Our only feedback would be that the construction and roadwork around the hotel made it difficult to access and didn’t leave a good first impression....

"Couldn’t get into our room until 40 minutes after posted check in time, but we were offered a free bottle of wine. Room big, clean snd beds good. Room 204 had no outside windows. Staff were very helpful. Because of one way streets it is difficult to navigate to parking lot which is very close by. Parking pass is a good deal but only allows one exit in 24 hours. "

"I stayed in an executive suite and it was great. The room is definitely dated but I hear renovations are happening. Parking was a bit confusing; you need your room key so you have to get in and check-in before you get underneath. The breakfast was included and it’s fine, it’s continental with a small variety but I was fine with it. The microwaveable pre-made sausage breakfast sandwich was far better than I expected to be honest lol! The reason for my high review is the woman at the front desk...

"This hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located near lots of amenities in South London. The bed was comfortable, and the room was reasonably clean. Some of the hotel features look tired and could use updating, including the room shower and sink. Overall, good value for money and I would stay again!"
