"A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. "Everything was great except for two items. 1. The in-room coffee maker was broken. 2. The "free breakfast" was pretty much the generic type that you might get at a lesser hotel chain. At these prices you should get fresh scrambled eggs and actual sausages and real bacon. The fake bacon and soy sausage took away from the experience. Otherwise the facilities and staff were excellent. Thankyou for your attention to these minor issues."
