"There is really nothing i did not like. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I got there before check in time she was very understanding and made sure my room was ready and let me go in it early with no problem. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel"

"Perfect place, just a short walk to the bus station or ask reception to order a taxi for you it’s very cheap. Room is spotless, staff are very friendly and helpful. Just one very tiny comment internet was disconnected around 9am and checking out is at 11am. Definitely will book again."

L'hotel è veramente accogliente e in questo periodo natalizio è ancora più bello. Stupenda l'idea della bevanda calda disponibile alla reception per scaldarsi dal freddo dopo una giornata in giro. "Hotel is a historic building and they do a great job of upkeep. Looking is convenient to the Christmas Market, Old Town and all the sights; all walkable. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and in a beautiful location."
