"the room was huge and very comfortable. Kitchen was convenient.
I disliked the whole bit with the virtual key, having to download an app to get in. It didn't work several times. there was a real person at the front desk who was able to help, but it was very annoying. Our room literally required walking around the entire perimeter of the hotel, taking the elevator near the front desk. There was a closer elevator using a side door, but the front desk person didn't tell us about it. the next day...

"The room was supposed to have a fridge and an ice maker. Well to my surprise it has 3 fridges and an ice maker. However two of the fridges and the ice maker didn’t work. The room also had 2 TVs! But they didn’t work either. One had barely any volume (at full volume you could kind of hear it) and the other TV had NO volume. In the bathroom there were brown stains around the trashcan… I’m hoping they were rust and not vomit. The headboard had seen better days, and the AC was okay, but not...

"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen.
