No hay limpieza de habitaciones.

Cuando llego me preguntan que cuanto he pagado a través de la app, cosa me sorprende. Cuando les Digo el precio me dicen que ellos les cobran mucha comisión y que además tiene que pagar limpieza y luz. El primer chasco es que tienen jn aire acondicionado portátil que hace un ruido que no te deja descansar, además gotea agua y tienen un trapo en el suelo para recoger el agua que suelta. El sábado salí a visitar Arcos a las 09:00 y volví a las 15:00 después de comer y sorpresa. No hay limpieza de habitación, ni de baños, ni siquiera cambio de toalla las ya que según el responsable por ese precio 80€ 2 noches, no les merece la pena. Desconozco qué tipo de comisión les cobrarán Leto si no les interesa que no se anuncien ya que tener una habitación sin limpiar es vergonzoso. Ni siquiera te hacen la cama.
El AC es escandaloso y forma charco. Le ponen un trapo cutre.
No hay servicio de habitaciones, ni siquiera te hacen la cama ni limpian el baño en 2 días.

Een mooi ruim 3 persoons kamer

Een gezellige 3 persoonskamer in een mooi authentiek gebouw op een mooie toeristische locatie. De kamer beschikt over airconditioning ruim en schoon. Het enige nadeel is dat er geen parkeer mogelijkheid is bij het gebouw. Wij waren op doorreis, dit was voor ons lastig. Betaald parkeren is mogelijk op een afstand van ca. 10 a 15 min lopen.

Alter hübscher Palast mit unfreundlichem Personal. Scheinbar Fehler bei Buchung, deswgen war vielleicht unser Zimmer unter jeder Kritik.

Lovely vintage hotel in old part of town.

Very friendly staff. Plans for small pool in roof area for next year.. The menu del Dia available in the evening and excellent quality, with delicious bottle of wine included.

Hôtel très accueillant au centre du village

Très bel hôtel dans une jolie rue passante au cœur de ce beau village. Personnel très accueillant,attentionné, à l’écoute de ça clientèle,très serviable. très belle chambre,grande,propre,avec salle d'eau privative et un petit balcon en prime.Le tout pour un prix très correct.De plus nous avons très bien diné dans son restaurant qui vous dépayse déja rien que avec son décors et son cadre. Franchement nous avons eu un bon souvenir de notre passage et recommandons cet hôtel
