Charming hotel in the centre of Arcos

Stayed for one night in this Morrocan style designed hotel. The staff was very friendly, and unlike in many other hotels in the Andalucia, the owner spoke perfect english. There was no space outside the hotel to park our car but there's an underground car park around the corner where you can leave your car for a discounted price. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The old town was within a walking distance from the hotel.

Bon séjour

Hôtel au pied de la veille ville. Chambre de style hispano-mauresque très agréable et propre avec terrasse. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Pas de parking, parking public payant à 300 m de l'hôtel avec réduction pour les clients.

Literalmente, nos salvaron la vida!!! Llegamos a eso de las 00:30 porque el ferry que llegaba a Cádiz llegó 14 horas tarde y tuvimos que reservar en el último momento. A pesar de que el check-in estaba cerrado desde las 21:00, pudimos llamar a un teléfono y una amable señora bajó a abrirnos la puerta y enseñarnos nuestra habitación. Gracias a su amabilidad pudimos dormir como personas mis dos hijos y yo. Literalmente nos salvaron la vida porque al día siguiente pude conducir hacia Navarra descansado y seguro. Gracias, gracias, gracias 🙏 Se lo recomiendo a todos.

Adorable luxury

This place was so much nicer than it needed to be for the price. High (high!) ceilings, great views, wonderful furnishing... everything about this hotel is great. (Try to get room 203)

A meh experience

First the front desk agent couldn't find our reservation. Then she put us in the wrong room category (lacking a terrace). Next we had to take our bags up 2 flights of stairs. The floor in the room had dry wine stains and you couldn't lock the balcony door. I would avoid this place.

La ubicación es ideal, justo donde comienza el casco antiguo. Estaba muy limpio y la habitación amplia. Muy recomendable y económico. El único fallo es que la llave de la habitación y de la puerta trasera no funcionaba correctamente.

Great staff!

This is an old place with some upgrades and a basic comfort. Any downsides were overcome by the great service provided by Emiiio at the front desk. When the Wifi didn't work, he took are of that. When we wanted recommendations about places to eat, he provided several options and suggested what to order.

Een hotel met stijl

Een leuk hotel in een bijzonder gebouw (uit 1850) dat mooi is gedecoreerd en dat hoort bij de stijl van het stadje. Kamers met redelijk komfort. Wij sliepen op 2e etage en je moet met de trap. Personeel zeer behulpzaam. Vrij parkeren op 10 minuten lopen.

Hotel is ok

Location of hotel was convenient, close to everything we wanted to see. 24hr Parking structure was nearby for our car. Our room was overlooking main street and it was very noisy at night. Didn't have any sleep, no rest during our 1 night stay. Room was inexpensive, good enough to stay for 1 night just request for a room away from the street. Restaurant located in hotel was good.
