They sent clear instructions on how to reach the hotel and explained all the services available. We used the luggage service from the ferry with our funicular tickets and had a lovely 10–15 minute stroll through Capri’s beautiful streets to reach the hotel. When we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff met us right away and personally walked us to our room — such a thoughtful touch! Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The hotel itself is full of charm and feels like a home away from home. Villa Brunella ended up being one of the best parts of our entire trip, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!"
