"Beautiful property with plants everywhere. A place to relax and chill amongst butterflies and plants! Staff and kind and attentive. Management respond to any issues (our frying pan needed replacing and they did after I fed it back. Breakfast has a good variety. The restaurant is nothing massively remarkable but a great thing to have close by as there are not many other places to eat in the area within walking distance. "

"One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed. "The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. "
