Mercure Rhodes Alexia Hotel & Spa

"I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

"This hotel has it all. Itโs stunning, well thought out, the sea views are endless, the staff are happy and helpful. If you are wanting a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location this place is for you. However; the food is where I feel the hotel needs a little upgrading. I can only speak as a non-suite guest with access to only the buffet and snack bar, these were not what I would expect from a 5*. The ร la carte restaurants looked truly amazing though and if we can ever come back and get a suite we will."

"Great stay. Lovely hotel and lots to do. On check in we were slightly concerned as we had been allocated one of the further rooms but it was no problem at all. There is a golf buggy giving lifts on demand that the little one loved and an also a lift making the walk back easy. Pools are great with lots of things to keep kids entertained. Beach was very easy to access with comfortable loungers and self serve soft drinks on the beach and alcoholic a short walk to the bar. The food was very good. The ร la carte was very special and the buffet was high quality with plenty of variety throughout the week. Highly recommended. Can also hire a car on site which was very straight forward and relaxed."

"The resort is beautiful, quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and varied. The spa is relaxing and the spa staff professional. The beach is clean and never crowded. The evening entertainment is very good quality.The resort is not far from the Old Town or the airport. We highly recommend this resort if you want to unwind."

"We can highly recommend Mediterraneo! Our room was well equipped and clean, and the hosts were very welcoming during our stay. They also helped us with the airport transfer, cleaned the room during our stay, and were always ready to help us. The garden of the accommodation is beautiful, it feels very relaxing to spend time among the well-kept greenery. The apartments also have a lovely traditional Greek blue-and-white style, which makes the experience even better. Everything you need can be found nearby, including small shops, restaurants, and the beach. We also think that Stegna is the best choice for a holiday in Rhodes: it is authentic, charming, and very peaceful. Overall, Mediterraneo is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday and a great base for exploring the island."
