WE FOUND OUR ROOM CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. We had dinner at the garden restaurant and the food was excellent. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel.
Beautiful property with a beautiful view from our balcony. Staff were very courteous and provided useful information. The morning breakfast buffet had enough variety and was tasty. The onsite restaurant Tavern in the Garden was awesome place to have dinner and the food was very good at a good price.
The hotel Europa is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Olympia. It is 10 minutes walk to the ancient site and museum and the hotel is very well appointed. It has a lovely swimming pool, the team on site are very friendly and helpful and the food and wine especially at the Taverna is excellent. Breakfast is also very good and our room which was a superior suite was very clean / modern with a large balcony, jacuzzi bath and tons of space. The hotel is owned by a local family and a lot of the food comes from their farm which makes it very fresh and delicious . We also found the room and other charges very reasonable and would highly recommend - it must be one of the best place to stay when visiting the area.
The room was very clean, the pool is very large and very deep. The restaurant on the site (The Garden) is excellent. My only reason for 4 stars v 5 stars is that the room is a little bit dated and a bit plain, but clean and functional. Their olive oil is probably the best olive oil I have ever tasted.
The grounds, the view and the pool are absolutely fantastic. We loved this hotel! Staff, breakfast both great. Dinner at the Taverna in the olive grove was lovely and delicious. The room was perfect and very clean. We only had one night but wished we were able to stay longer.
This was a gem! The hotel is on a bit of a short windy road up the mountain with a beautiful view. The drive was short. The hotel is very well maintained and landscaped in the back with gardens of roses, fruit trees, bougainvillea etc. Evening dining is outside , weather permitting. Food was delicious. An extensive delicious Breakfast buffet was offered. The rooms and hotel were very clean. There was a large pool area and an iron on the premices to use in a given room. The hotel is a short distance from ancient Olympia. Staff helped us acquire an incredible tour guide. She made history at the site as well as in the museum come alive with facts and stories. After seeing many partial statues in other museums , that had no meaning to us, now, after her stories, there was meaning. Overall, this was my favorite stop in Greece.
Excellent hotel. Though 4 star, feels like a 5 star hotel. Beautiful views, well maintained rooms, excellent service, great breakfast. Very close to Ancient Olympia. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at the Europa hotel. Highlights include the pool side bar for snacks, the pool, the morning breakfast which had a wide variety of items, including fresh herbal teas and cakes. The bathroom was clean and modern. The only issue was the WiFi connectivity in the room. Overall, an excellent hotel and highly recommended. We are a family of 4 and stayed 1 night.
Great experience in a beautiful surrounding. A short drive or pleasant walk to the Greek Ruins of Olympia.
Super friendly staff and excellent accommodations.
