Nice property that has recently been refurbished, so the room was updated, clean, new furniture, freshly painted and modern bathroom. Location was excellent as it was right in town. Excellent value considering the rooms are modern.

What a great little property . Location was really good and everything walkable . The rooms were a little dated but couldnt fault the cleanliness of them . Bed was really comfortable. The only negative was the hot water service in the bathroom was super small and the hot water ran out after one short shower .

It’s very central in Ararat , walking distance to restaurants and takeaways. It’s only a short drive if you are planning on doing The Aradale tours , the Jail or any of the other historic sites

A convenient location

We were only using the motel for a one night stay but it was good for the purpose. The motel is located a little away from the main road so it was quiet and an easy stroll to the main street of town where there were choices for an evening meal

Our room was so much better than expected. We have stayed in many motels to be able to compare. It seemed to be newly renovated with a large bathroom and shower. Very tastefully done with great colours. The bed was comfortable with electric blankets keeping us warm from very cold nights. The main room was big with a lovely bay window. Over the road is a shopping centre with all your needs. Just a short walk around the corner and we were in the Main Street of Ararat. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. Each of our three day stay, the staff replaced our towels for fresh dry ones and generally cleaned our room. All in all a great experience. Will definitely stay here on next visit to see family.

The accommodation was pretty good, bigger than I expected. Fiancè and I really liked it. The town itself isn't that great. Very strange. Liked the accommodation but won't come back for a while as we weren't fans of the town itself

Overall good - but...

Room was recently renovated, but there were some "attention to details" blunders, with grout on the bathroom floor tiles not having been polished off and some decidedly amateurish cutting-in to the bathroom doorframe and below the mirror over the vanity. The new front-door also had a 15mm gap beneath, so will be extremely draughty in winter. Room was clean and comfortable overall. We stayed here previously in Jan 2023 and were disappointed that the swimming pool is no longer in use.
