O quarto é padrão Ibis e quem se hospedou num sabe como é. Então vamos lá: da Habitação: 1. Um quarto pequeno, espaços reduzidíssimos. Na parte de sanitário, entre de ré se for fazer o número 2. 2 o chuveiro sem pressão e sem água quente. Demorou mas consertaram - estavam soldando algo no aquecimento central. 3. O frigobar é colocado no piso e ao abrir a porta arrasta no chão. 4. O ar condicionado: - se em 24° vc derrete, se em 23° passa frio. - falta da aleta de direcionamento do ar, ou seja, o ar vai todo numa só direção. Denota falta de cuidado e atenção da área de manutenção, porque basta olhar para o aparelho e ver que tem um buraco lá. Isso me foi relatado também por outros hóspedes. CONVENHAMOS QUE NÃO É OBRIGAÇÃO DO HÓSPEDE SOLICITAR REPAROS NA SUA HABITAÇÃO, CONSIDERANDO O CUSTO DA DIÁRIA. Do aspecto geral: 1. Recepção funcional. 2. Restaurante e café da manhã: o espaço é adequando e lógico que dependendo do horário há um certo tumulto pelo número de pessoas ali logo pela m 2. Elevadores: deveriam sinalizar o que fica próximo da saída para a piscina, como de uso exclusivo para quem está “molhado”. Várias vezes o piso dos outros dois elevadores ficam molhados e isso não deve acontecer. 3. Ainda na piscina: a placa avisa que o hotel não se responsabiliza por acidentes e principalmente de crianças. Mas tenta circular pela área em volta da piscina que fica molhada e empossa água, e escorrega que nem quiabo. Eu mesmo por 2 vezes com chinelo e sem.

Passamos 2 dias hospedadas. Ao entrar no quarto, a supresa veio: quarto minúsculo, mal dava pra andar , a cama da beliche não estava arrumada( ao questionar a camareira, a mesma afirmou que não podia arrumar, pois era ordem do hotel , para evitar acidentes! Ou seja o hóspede tem que preparar a arrumação da cama e ele pode correr risco)! O banheiro , outra decepção: mal cabia a pessoa e não tinha onde pendurar uma toalha, que dirá a roupa. A pia fica literalmente de frente pra cama, o vaso ao lado, em um ambiente também minúsculo. O chuveiro caia água pra todo lado, exceto na pessoa! No segunda dia , água quente não existia! O quarto só cheira a mofo! O café da manhã com poucas opções, uma pousada serve melhor! A única coisa boa foi a piscina.
