"Booked at double queen, but was given a king and expected to act grateful for even having a room. There were short thick hairs on the toilet seat, showing that it was not cleaned, and the toilet would not work. When I called the front desk multiple times no one answered. After walking down, I found 3 employees standing out front for a smoke break."

"only one chair in the room for 2 people...HDMI cable was removed from tv box ..coffee makers were removed from rooms was there previous stays ..head of the bed is lower than foot ,,hard to sleep,,lot of road noise .. no clocks in the room and if you want breakfast better be there before 9am"
