"I decided not to stay. My flight was delayed and my pick up to the property did not arrive. Since I was traveling alone and realizing that their property has no elevator and no receptionist 24 hours I felt it was very inconvenient and unsafe for me as a solo traveler so I decided to just not stay. The staff was very good in communication . However my suggestion is if you are alone, arriving late better stay at a hotel at the airport or just stay in the airport rather than going outside . "

"I was really disappointed in my experience, especially after reading all the good reviews-I am not sure if I just got unlucky?
My room was dirty and had a bad odor, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and my bed was actually caving in! I could hear the gentleman in the next room snoring- the walls are paper thin. To be honest I didn’t feel safe.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also, it’s a 15 min drive from the airport. "

"It’s a stunning property we enjoyed the spa experience. We have been to the property before and used it as our last stop on a long vacation with the intention of completing relaxing. "We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional, friendly, accommodating, and helpful—they even allowed us to check in before 3 PM, which we really appreciated.
