"We were dissapointed because the air conditioner was shut off. The hotel was chiar because you advertise the air conditioner. Your Front desk employee Alejandro was very helpful and professional, helped us find places to visit which otherwise we could find. Very impressed by his attitude, you are lucky to have him. The breakfast was very tasty and all the persons who work for breakfast room were very attentive. Hope to return to your hotel one day."

"Great hotel that I stayed at for an exhibition at the Hamburg Messe. Rooms were large and very clean. Restaurant for dinner in the evening was excellent. Would definitely stay here again should I be in Hamburg"

"Nice hotel, but expensive breakfast and car parking! The rooms are nice but you have one key so can’t charge things or leave the ac on whilst out! Unfortunately the restaurant menu is a big let down, all what they serve is Italian food?! Not something foreigners seek when visiting Germany."
