I had a great stay at the Orator Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The buffet was awesome with plenty of tasty options to enjoy. The swimming pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

Orator is a local gem- outside of the main Apia area with lots of Samoan charm. Set in beautiful tropical gardens, great pool. Rooms a good size and lovely helpful staff. The big prize is the Sunday To'ona'i- traditional Samoan lunch- which is spectacular Samoan cuisine with a rollicking crowd of after- church happy locals, all there for the food. Big kudos to Jerry and Charlotte for keeping it real Samoan. Internet was spotty but they are working to resolve this. For a tru Samoan hospitality experience with local vibes- come to Orator

Please deep clean or Renovate each Villa one by one. Too many bugs. Food was good. Please take care of bugs and the floors walking around with holes in it. Separate the shower and toilet so customers aren’t showering next to the toilet bowl. Amazing place and very affordable!

The room has been serviced very well, staff have been pleasant and respectful, awesome breakfast , very friendly and family orientated. Wonderful welcome drink and cool towel. Fabulous garden with plenty of shade and privacy. A lovely farewell with the staff singing a goodbye song. Would recommend for families and groups as the hotel is well set up for groups

The hotel was great for us overall, though it could use a bit of a refresh as it’s starting to feel a little dated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the swimming pool, conveniently located right outside our villa, was a highlight of our stay. This hotel was truly amazing when it first opened, and we would love to see it restored with some updates to bring it back to its full potential.

An absolute gem! Our room was spacious and very clean. The gardens are well kept, great onsite restaurants, staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the deep pools. My son loved the kids pool. Loved how private and secluded it is with a five star resort feel. Needs some structural work on the decking and pools but ease of access to all other areas which are concreted. Cosmetic stuff. Have found our spot for Apia and will definitely return. Thank you Joe for being so attentive and all the Orator staff for making our stay memorable.
