"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

"We stayed at the Lane Bay Villas for a second time this year and we are again so delighted of our stay. The staff is very polite and always trying to make you feel comfortable or provide you with everything you need. The house cleaning was excellent. The see view from the front villa is amazing and having breakfast every day on the front table with this view was amazing. We felt among the nature with all the natural noise of birds, and water, it was great coming back here and thank you so much...

"It was quiet and cozy space. I was looking for a spacious room with reasonable price. It had two bed rooms and two bath rooms. The staffs were very friendly. It couldn't be better. The location is quite far from the beach but they drop you off and pick you up whenever you want. I liked the quiet environment. "

"The entire team at this prestigious resort were amazing. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax be sure to visit here. Film, the general manager is excellent and very welcoming. "Our stay was excellent. Probably the best view from a hotel we have ever had and the added personal pool tops it off. Yes a bug or two can get in the room but its in a a tropical environment and unless you never use your pool or look at your view than it is almost impossible to not get one in. It is a little more work to get into town but they do have a shuttle which you can call if you're at the bottom of the hill. Overall great view, good breakfast and nice staff."
