Ayant déjà résidé dans l'hôtel il y a quelques années de cela, nous avons constaté que la qualité et les installations ne sont plus comme avant. L'eau chaude n'est pas régulière, la pression de l'eau est très basse. La wifi ne fonctionne pas tout le temps. Par contre, les personnels sont agréables et au petit soin. Beaucoup d'effort à faire pour mériter les 4 étoiles.

Bel hôtel historique.

Hôtel historique avec une immense piscine. Il a été bien restauré. Personnel accueiillant. Assez bon restaurant. Lits confortables. Calme. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas partout malheureusement.

Des travaux étaient en cours donc c'était un peu embêtant. La chambre que j'ai eue n'avait pas était rénovée donc elle n'était pas aussi confortable que d'habitude. Heureusement que le personnel de l'hôtel est toujours aussi chaleureux.

Our favourite place in Diego

We love staying at this place every time e visit Diego. Rooms are nice and large, WIFI and hot water work always. There is electricity 24 hours. Pool is superb. The restaurant offer large variety of food in one of the best quality in the city. Highly recommended.
