"If it were not for Ms.Melanie, i hope i remembered her name right i would rate this hotel zero star. We had trouble with our reservation but she made every possible way to resolve it and provided us great service w/ the food and room. She does it all. As for the room and hotel, it needs an upgrade. The room is not clean. Cant even sleep and shower because of the condition of the bed and shower area."

"Clean room, warm smiles from staff, excellent breakfast, amazing spa! The resort has a direct beach access, and compared to other beaches, The Lind’s beach front has a powder like sand! The ambience is very relaxing, yoga on the deck with a view is a must try! Evening visits from housekeeping to ask if you need anything is beyond exemplary! On and the pool?
