"A great hotel with great staff. We stayed for 2 nights, the Wi-Fi was excellent, we had a great check in. Breakfast was top notch. Pool was clean and when we stayed no one else was around. You had hammocks and plenty of sun beds. Good restaurants close by, and the area felt very safe. The front desk booked our taxi back to the airport for a great price, was cheaper than uber and the vehicle was in great condition. If you're going to use a hotel in San Salvador I would recommend this without hesitation."

"This hotel seems best suited for business stays. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable; however, they lack a mini fridge, which would be a basic amenity for storing food. We experienced an issue with the in-room safe that was not resolved by the staff. Additionally, when a family member tried to send us dinner on the night we arrived, we found it inconvenient that the hotel did not accept online or card payments for this type of service. They were required to come in person and pay at the front desk. Aside from these points, the hotel is well located, and the staff is generally kind and attentive. With a few small improvements, the overall experience could be significantly more comfortable and convenient."
