"It was a nightmare. There was a very strong, unpleasant smell in the main room—it smelled like a dirty dog. I arrived very late at night and was exhausted, so I didn’t have time to deal with it and had to sleep with the window open. What’s more, when I went into the bathroom, there was a strange smell there too—it seemed like someone had wiped it down with a wet, dirty, musty rag. But that’s not all! When I turned on the faucet, a terrible smell of sewer wafted up from the sink—it seems they...

"Would like to have had a non accessible room(we did not need a room with disability friendly accommodations) and would have liked for the shower head to have worked and the ac to not be blowing straight on us all night, but other than that everything was fantastic"

"My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! First, the staff are all incredibly friendly and hard working. Every single facility (multiple restrooms, kitchen, dining areas, pool, lobby etc) were kept meticulous. The continental breakfast that was included with our stay on the Element side was AMAZING! The chefs make a new fresh breakfast item each day (pancakes, avocado toast, chicken and waffles, eggs to name a few of the breakfasts we had) and they offer a selection of fruit, coffee bagels etc as...

"My wife and I had stayed here four years earlier and back then, were completely satisfied with the property, especially the buffet with the free drinks. This time, it was just as nice. My only complaint is that the food choices, both at the afternoon buffet and morning breakfast, were somewhat limited and expected. However, the beer choices were excellent and made me wish I was staying longer. The staff at the front desk were amazing, helpful and friendly. My room was more than comfortable. I...
