Regardless who you deal with, from cleaners, to pool staff, life guards, restaurants and Ege front of house everyone is so kind, always smiling and helpful so this made our stay a pleasure. And the beach, gardens and 5 swimming pools are a sparklkng blue,warm,safe , clean and gorgeous. Our room was spacious, the shower hot and powerful and the beds super comfortable. A wonderful stay. "Had a fantastic stay for family of 4. Great options for everyone. Food and service were great. Lots to do. Even though the hotel was full, it didn’t feel it given lots of space and there was no rush for sun beds etc. very relaxing atmosphere. Staff very friendly and attentive. Big shout out to the staff including Muhut (sp) of the entertainment team and Mohammed thr pool Server - great service all week! The a la carte restaurants were fantastic. We had ab amazing family holiday. Only suggestions would be to modernise the rooms and increase the number of water slides and heat the main pool in October. Also a dedicated sports bar area would be really welcome too. "

"Very clean room, friendly staff. Stayed only for 1 night, but would return. The price - quality ratio is very good. Pool also nice and clean. Did not use the spa, but it looked very cozy. location not the greatest. constructions all around."

"We really enjoyed how to work. The location is perfect. It’s very close to the town so you can go and see so many beautiful spots. There are in town. The marina and the old town is so close very easy parking underground and the breakfast was really good. I will recommend it."
