Hôtel bien situé, avec parking gratuit disponible (attention à l'accès si vous avez une voiture surbaissée) ; personnel très aimable, serviable et accueillant ; chambres confortables et propres. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant, Petit inconfort par rapport aux chambres au 3ème étage, et donc sous les toits. La douche qui se trouve sous le toit mansardé n’est pas pratique si vous faites 1,90m... sinon proche du centre, très bonne situation près du lac!

Modest, but pleasant hotel. Very friendly staff and owners, proud of their hotel and it’s location. Annecy is 15 minute walk along the beautiful Annecy Lake. Safe and quaint. Great for a short stay.

Séjour très agréable, hôtel propre et emplacement idéal pour être proche du lac et de la ville (20 minutes à pieds en longeant le lac). Personnel très accueillant, hôtel à dimension familiale.

Excellent location

We found the staff extremely helpful. Bikes were available to rent but we'd taken our own. It's just a 5 mins. cycle ride into Annecy Old Town along the very safe, lakeside cycle path. Staff lent us a cycle light as we were returning after dark from a meal in the town.
