The shower control may need adjustment and better instructions The coffee maker was serviceable but should be upgraded The pillows were not comfortable The coffee at the breakfast buffet was powdered coffee and the hot water dispenser had a meager flow rate The shuttle service was excellent

The location was perfect for my needs. Room was clean and the staff were pretty friendly. The cordless phone in my room did not work which made me have to leave my room and physically go to the front desk for assistance. Major inconvenience.
