Fantastic.

This hotel is the complete hotel, its in a very nice location, unbelievably clean, the staff were a first class 10 out of 10. I would say this is one of the nicest, friendliest places i have ever stayed.

Waren für eine Nacht dort im Rahmen einer Mehrtages-Fahrradtour. Fahrräder kann man im Skikeller sicher einstellen und dort auch ebikes aufladen (allerdings muss man mit dem Rad eine Treppe runter). Zimmer und Frühstück alles fine, Abends kann man schön draußen sitzen direkt am Bach.

Alles im Allem unterdurchschnittlich

Hotel und die Zimmer sind funktional und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Lampe und Scublade (Nachtisch) bei Check-in defekt. Heizung heizte nicht wirklich gut. Halbpension sehr einfach und einfallslos und geschmacksneutral. Das Salatbuffet war meistens nach kurzer Zeit leer, wurde sehr selten aufgefüllt, wie auch beim Früchstück. Auf Kommentare wurde nicht eingegangen und anscheinend ignoriert

Stay sports dachstein West Hotel

Our stay was horrible. The staff was rude upon arrival and had no idea about any activities we could do in the area. We had to figure out all ourselves. The worse was the dinner - we arrived in the evening after 600km km drive and had dinner for two. Food was unacceptable, tasteless, overcooked meat and cold. We eat only a bit as we were hungry and had both diarrhea right after which was persisting till next day. We had to drive another 700km and need to go to pharmacy to buy some pills to stop diarrhea. We complained to the hotel staffs and they were very rude and told us to contact you to get the refund as we paid to expedia/hotels.com. It was the worst ever experience I had while staying in the hotel booked with hotels.com. I’m looking forward for the compensation and return of our money back. Very nice stay

Nice hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very good value for money to take the halfboard option, albeit not fantastic food. Definately worth a stay!

Harte Betten, rauer Ton

Das Haus sieht eigentlich nett aus und liegt an einem schönen Bach. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten allerdings sehr hart. Das Bad ist einfach, die Dusche ein kraftloses Rinnsal. Alles auszuhalten aber die hantige Wirtin am Frühstücksbuffet war zuviel. Wir hatten am Buffet noch nichts angefasst und wurden sofort herumkommandiert. Mussten zuerst zu unserem zugewiesenen Tisch gehen. Dann wurde uns lautstark mitgeteilt wir hätten davor die Hände zu desinfizieren (Das wir das schon im Zimmer erledigt hatten war unwesentlich. Man fühlte sich bloßgestellt weil der Ton derart unfreundlich war). Schade...wir waren jedenfalls froh nur auf der Durchreise dagewesen zu sein.

Dejligt lille hotel, med god service og dejlig mad. Til aftensmad kunne man vælge mellem 3 hovedretter, og derudover var der 2 supper, salatbuffet og dessert. Dejligt!
