I loved the signature hotel fragrance from the moment we entered to the toiletries used it created beautiful memories. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff service. From car arrival to every interaction, we felt warmly welcomed and personally cared for, including help arranging transport when needed. Breakfast was excellent, especially the South Indian spread, which my parents enjoyed in such a luxurious setting. "3 rooms sharing common living room and kitchen was never told. Amenities are not up to the mark. Towels are dirty and not usable. Will never recommend to anyone. $41 for this kind of room is too high. I would have stayed in a hotel with better amenities "
