Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Attention, prestations non conformes.

Les prestations de l'hôtel ne correspondent pas au descriptif sur Hôtel. Com. Coupures de courant non annoncées, pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur. L'hôtel propose un ventilateur portable, mais insuffisant. Contrairement à l'annonce, pas de deuxième restaurant, frigo, café. Les repas doivent être améliorés avec des produits de qualités et frais. La chambre manque de confort, matelas en mousse de mauvaise qualité, chasse d'eau défaillante. Pas de serviettes, papier toilette, ni savons, nécessité de demander. Wifi inopérant dans la chambre et les espaces communs, recharge des téléphones uniquement près de la réception. Seule la vue et le jardin correspondent à la description malgré un entretien négligé. Malgré les désagréments, Moya mérite une visite. Recommandons Allaoui comme guide (boutique artisanale). Nous recommandons le restaurant de Kassim et son père proche de l'hôtel. Un délice. Tentatives infructueuses de rencontrer le propriétaire. Échanges téléphoniques sans résolution, le propriétaire estimant que les prestations sont conformes. La stagiaire mérite un meilleur accompagnement dans son stage, gérant seule toutes les responsabilités du fonctionnement de l'hôtel.
