"Staff team was very courteous, unfortunately room was not what we expected. Lots of ants that we woke up to in our bed and on the floor at 5 am. They gave us 50% off the next time we come but we technically didn’t have a well rested night; although it was a nice gesture I just didn’t expect that from this resort."

"It is a SCAM- they dont answer phone calls at all, they replied to my whatsapp messages after almost two hrs claiming that my booking is not showing in their system eventhough I shared with them the booking confirmation on Expedia… it turned that they rented out the apartment to someone else and left me and my family in the street for two hrs looking for other hotels, what a terrible experience!!
