Great place to stay when visiting Salzburg. Easy to find, just off the highway with lots of parking and convenient bus stop at the entrance with a 10 minute ride to the sights. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent, and there are a number good dinner options in Anif, which is a nice quiet town to visit as well.

The hotel is lovely, and the service is exceptional. However, it's a bit far from Salzburg, requiring a bus or taxi to reach the city. The breakfast is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. It's located in a peaceful area with scenic views of nature.

We got in around 8:15pm, just before the front desk staff was about to leave. We discovered later that the sheets and blankets had spots. They did not smell, but I didn't like that they did not look perfectly clean. The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was good. Overall, a fine quiet place to stay. Easy to get to by car and for parking.

Very good breakfast, wifi for (work places) didn’t work good enough on the room. But you can sit in the nice lounge. No airco, window can be opened but still al little noizy at night because of the highway.

A real find!!

Our family of four stayed here for 4 days when visiting my older son who is on an Erasmus Study term. We were absolutely delighted with this hotel. It far exceeded our expectations, it was very modern, incredibly spacious and very clean and tidy. It is also very good value for money. We had an apartment which would easily accommodate 6-8 people. We didn't have breakfast but there was free coffee and flavoured waters. We arrived late and left very early and check in and out couldn't have been easier. There is a bus stop within a few mins walk and you have the option of 2 different bus routes to get you into the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Very nice and surprising hotel . The exterior is keeping the vibe of the area, the interior is modern and cozy. The staff is very polite and English speaking . Free parking. Close to highway. Close to Maxi-Market and Lidl. Amazingly good breakfast.Coffee machine accessible all day. Same for water and Thea. Very nice staff. Close to bus stop - if you want to visit Salzburg or the Zoo. I suggest you get Salzburg card from the reception ! On a bike path. We had a room with Mountain View. Superb. Very confortable beds . the kitchenette was equipped with all necessary stuff.

Not a very warm welcome upon arrival, which left a negative first impression. To his credit, the receptionist did find us a better room when we mentioned that we didn’t like the first one, but it certainly wasn’t ‘service with a smile’. Unfortunately, room cleaning was in the ‘light touch’ category, as one of our bins wasn’t emptied and the bedding was pretty much as we’d left it before going out. The breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of good options but one coffee machine was insufficient for the number of guests. The area around the hotel was very quiet and the bus service into Salzburg was convenient.

We loved this property!! We booked a family 2-bedroom unit. My 3 kids loved the layout of the unit. The small kitchenette came in handy as we arrived very late in the evening and brought some boxed pasta with us. The small balcony was charming! It is in a quiet area so that we were able to get great rest before each days adventures. We also LOVED the breakfast every morning! So many fresh egg, cheese and protein options! The fresh fruit and bread were delicious! This was the best international breakfast we have encountered thus far! We were also extremely grateful for the husband and wife that work there (Daniel and Nina). Our luggage was lost for 24 hours and we had tickets booked for the Eagles Nest. It was set to snow that morning and those wonderful people loaned us their personal coats so we didn’t have to take our 3 kids up the mountain without jackets. We loved this place and plan to stay here again!

The heater in the room is not working, and the staff told me change into other room need to pay cleaning fee, cause I’ve already put my bag on the bed and used the toilet. Cleaning fee should be 50 euro, but he’ll give me discount as 20 euro. But the problem is, they should apply us a warm room, and I couldn’t know that the heater is not working when we enter the room. And he told me he doesn’t like to sleep in the warm room….. We couldn’t sleep well because it’s really cold at night. But the breakfast is really good, we all enjoyed it. The staff in the restaurant are all very nice.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location

An incredibly lovely place to stay. The hotel was clean & modern and the staff were friendly & welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a brilliant pressure level (it was heavenly actually). There was a good selection for breakfast and to add to the great selection - it was absolutely delicious! There’s a coffee machine which is available to use all day and night… probably the best machine made coffee I’ve ever had! The location was perfect. I didn’t want to stay in Salzburg city centre but wanted to be able to get there in a reasonable time on public transport. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away on the main road which gets you into Salzburg in just over 20 mins. The absolute star of the show is the view from the hotel. You have a stunning view of the Untersberg - which I now have approximately 5868 photos of because it’s simply incredible! The hotel is just a few stops away from the cable car up the mountain too so is ideal if you’re planning a trip up there/going skiing. While there is a breakfast service, there isn’t a restaurant/bar - this certainly isn’t a bad point and there are cooking facilities in the rooms, however it is worth noting for anyone who likes to eat in the hotel (but there are plenty of restaurants to eat at nearby anyway). FYI solo travellers - when getting off the bus from Salzburg you need to walk under a little bridge which is isolated however I’m a female travelling solo and felt safe even in the dark.

We were looking for a decent hotel on a road trip through the area, and this was an excellent find. The rooms are nice, if a little small, the breakfast was very good and friendly service. Definitely recommended
